About the Position
We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Launchmetrics. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing key client relationships and ensuring client adoption, satisfaction, and retention across the board.
- Leading regular account reviews with clients to ensure proper usage of the system and maintain communication on updates.
- Gathering local client feedback and delivering feedback to product teams to help prioritize projects and shape the product roadmap.
- Anticipating and monitoring dissatisfied accounts and ensuring problems/issues are dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
- Completing all client follow-up training and adoption activities as well as system updates and changes to ensure renewal and growth.
- Evaluating and documenting implementation plans and specifications. Project-managing incoming client requests alongside product, acting as the voice of the client.
