Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with new and existing customers to offer insurance solutions for their business and personal needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of insurance products to meet customer needs.
  • Identify and promote our range of investment, protection, pension, and Health & Safety products.
  • Participate in team initiatives to maintain a great work environment.
  • Attend events to meet customers and promote our services.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate sales and customer service skills.
  • Consistently self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability, good attention to detail, and willingness to use own initiative and judgment.
  • Strong interest in and commitment to self-development and learning.
