Business Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding process with new clients, working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth and successful setup of our services and suppliers.
Client Management & Performance Reporting
You will develop and agree strong communication channels with each client, visiting them regularly to ensure their needs are met and relationships are built. You will also produce contact reports from client visits, distributing them internally and externally with key notes and actions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the onboarding process with new clients
• Work with sales and operations teams to ensure successful setup of services and suppliers
• Develop and agree strong communication channels with clients
• Visit clients regularly to ensure their needs are met and relationships are built
• Produce contact reports from client visits
