About the Role

We are seeking two Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team at the largest John Deere Turf dealership in Europe, covering the Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Leverage our CRM tool (MS Dynamics) to plan, control, and drive sales, achieving targets set by the Golf & Turf Business Director.
  • Maintain Customer Relations: Ensure high-standard customer and company relations at all times.

Requirements:

  • A full driving license is essential.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Groundcare machinery are essential.
  • Previous experience in a John Deere or Agricultural/Groundcare machinery dealership is preferred.
  • Previous Sales experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with the geographical area is required.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new software and systems.
