About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Area Sales Managers to join our dynamic team, working with industry-leading franchises including John Deere, Club Car, Turco, and Wiedenmann.

One position will be based at our Twyford depot, covering the Berkshire area, while the other will be based at our Milton Common Head Office, covering the Oxfordshire area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by utilising our CRM tool (MS Dynamics)
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Golf & Turf Business Director: sales volumes, gross profit, sales mix
  • Maintain high standards of customer and company relations

Requirements

  • A full driving license is essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of Groundcare machinery is essential
  • Previous experience working within a John Deere or other Agricultural/Groundcare machinery dealership is preferred
  • Previous Sales experience is essential
  • Familiarity with the geographical area in which you will be working
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new software and systems
  • Ability to self-motivate and work individually, managing your own workload, and as part of a team
