Health and Safety Leadership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety professional to lead our Trust in maintaining and enhancing the health, safety, and welfare standards. As an Interim Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and national directives.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing and further developing health and safety systems, advising on best practices, and providing expert advice to senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Trust's recognised expert on all health, safety, and welfare issues.
- Manage and further develop the Trust's Health and Safety systems to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Advise the Trust Board, Committees, managers, and staff on relevant legislation and best practices.
- Provide expert advice to the Chief Corporate Services Officer and Senior Managers on compliance with legislation and national directives from the HSE and CQC.
Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
