Job Overview:

We are recruiting for an Interim Health and Safety Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining and enhancing health, safety, and welfare standards at our client's Trust.

Role Details:

This is a 4-month fixed-term contract, providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective health, safety, and welfare policies and procedures.
  2. Provide training and support to staff on health, safety, and welfare best practices.
  3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate risks to staff and patients.
