Job Overview:
Falcon Green Personnel seeks a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Manager to lead our team in ensuring the safety of our residential construction projects. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective health and safety policies, procedures, and practices across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide guidance on corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, incidents, and compliance, reporting to senior management as required.

Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage with a diverse team.

Compensation:The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
