Falcon Green Personnel is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies, procedures, and practices on site.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and standards, conducting regular risk assessments and site inspections.
  • Providing health and safety training to all site personnel and maintaining accurate records of health and safety activities, incidents, and compliance.
  • Liaising with site managers, contractors, and external bodies to promote a culture of safety.
The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH or equivalent qualification, at least 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry, and strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, excellent communication and training skills, and the ability to influence and engage with a diverse team.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
