Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at 3D Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Investigate and document all accidents and incidents.
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety matters.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety training and inspections.
  • Liaise with external health and safety consultants and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).
  • Proven experience in a health and safety role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary:

£70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
