Job Title: Occupational Health and Safety Advisor (Part-Time)

Company Information:

The HireWorks Ltd is a leading organisation in the industry, committed to providing exceptional services. We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Summary:

This part-time position involves promoting good working practices across the organisation. The successful candidate will work 24 hours per week, with flexibility to choose from three longer days or four/five shorter days.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating health and safety policies and procedures
  • Promoting a positive safety culture within the organisation
  • Providing expert advice on health and safety matters
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Delivering training to managers and staff
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position
  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Experience delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
