Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Advisor - Occupational Wellbeing to join our client's occupational health team. The successful candidate will work closely with our healthcare specialists to provide guidance and support to employees on various occupational health matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide health promotion advice and education to employees
- Conduct audiometry, spirometry, drug and alcohol testing, and other health assessments as required
- Develop and implement health-related policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification
- Up-to-date NMC registration
- Proven experience in occupational health or a related field
