About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Recruit Health Experts Ltd. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be working with a SEQOHS accredited provider to source clients in Cambridge and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be working from home and client sites, with approximately 2 days on site and 3 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert advice on occupational health and safety matters to clients.
  • To conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential health and safety risks.
  • To develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and improve overall health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in occupational health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Up to £45k (dependent on experience). We estimate this salary based on industry standards for similar roles in the UK, taking into account the job description, location, and required skills.
