We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct in-depth assessments with individuals who have long-term health conditions or disabilities, evaluating the impact on their daily living activities and mobility.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be an experienced healthcare professional with at least 12 months post-graduate experience in a hands-on setting, actively registered with NMC/HCPC/GPhC with no restrictions on practice.
Becoming a Disability Assessor involves conducting thorough evaluations to determine how a person's condition affects their ability to perform daily tasks.
- The candidate will require an appropriate workspace within the home setting that allows them to successfully complete their role while working remotely.
- This position offers a salary increase and a yearly performance bonus.
- It also provides remote / Hybrid Working opportunities, depending on the location.
- The employee can enjoy 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays + option to buy 5 days additional leave.
