Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert nursing care and support to residents, including medication administration and wound care\
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and continuous improvement\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant parties\
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge\
