Occupational Health Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the University of Cambridge's Occupational Health and Safety Service. This part-time role (22 hours/week) involves providing administrative support to the Office Manager, medical staff, and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing and record-keeping systems.
  2. Handling sensitive medical data and ensuring patient confidentiality requirements are met.
  3. Managing appointments and clinics on the OH online diary system.
  4. Assisting with the administration of health surveillance programmes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
