About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at 3D Personnel in Cambridge or East London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the business in all aspects of health and safety.
- Establish, manage, and monitor standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure adherence to health and safety responsibilities.
- Conduct risk assessments for work equipment and operations.
- Document, investigate, and implement improvements for accidents.
- Manage safety inspections, fire drills, and alarms.
- Develop health and safety policies, systems of work, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate health and safety training records.
- Perform documented health and safety inspections, audits, and checks.
- Deliver structured health and safety training programs.
- Liaise with external consultants on training programs and health and safety services.
- Chair and formulate minutes for Health and Safety Committee meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
