Sustainability and Compliance Manager Job Description

This position involves leading site-level health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with 4 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent. A Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation is highly desirable.

The job entails providing site-level health and safety leadership, attending joint health and safety committees, and maintaining the occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance management system.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, based on location and experience.
