Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as an Interim Health and Safety Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in maintaining and enhancing health, safety, and welfare standards at our client's Trust.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will serve as the Trust's recognised expert on all health, safety, and welfare issues, managing and further developing the Trust's Health and Safety systems to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice to the Trust Board, Committees, managers, and staff on relevant legislation and best practices.
  2. Serve as the Trust's primary point of contact for health, safety, and welfare matters.
  3. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective health, safety, and welfare strategies.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients' staff and patients.

This is a temporary position, expected to last 4 months, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and make a lasting impact on our client's organisation.
