Leadership Role in Mental Health

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a seasoned Mental Health Leadership Professional to drive excellence in our Adult Community Mental Health Service. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
* Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

* MBBS or equivalent qualification
* Specialty Registration in Psychiatry
* Experience working in a community mental health setting

Salary: £83,180 - £112,390 per annum (inclusive of London Allowance)
