We are seeking a part-time mental health therapist to join our provider network. As a licensed psychotherapist, you will deliver care with a tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.

About the Role
  • Provide counseling to clients with various benefit plans, ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing multiple sessions as medically necessary.
  • Treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our system.
  • Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to your client's needs.
  • Collaborate with our support teams and clinical care navigators when needed.

About You

  • You hold an unrestricted license to practice counseling in the UK/England. We cannot accept applications requiring licensed supervision.
  • Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years of independent/licensed practice is preferred.
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT are beneficial.
  • Ability to provide safety planning and intervention in situations with higher risks.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
