Adult Advanced Practitioner OT Leadership Role

We are seeking an Adult Advanced Practitioner OT to lead our occupational therapy team in delivering high-quality care to adults with mental health conditions. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and develop your leadership skills.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, and post-qualifying experience in mental health occupational therapy. They will also have knowledge of common mental health conditions and experience in delivering supervision to other disciplines.
The salary for this position is approximately £44,999 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
Duties- Lead a team of occupational therapists in delivering high-quality care to adults with mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement new projects and services that promote recovery, resilience, and self-management.
- Collaborate with nurse leaders and other multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Post-qualifying experience in mental health occupational therapy.
- Knowledge of common mental health conditions.
- Experience in delivering supervision to other disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
