**Job Overview**

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Assessment Team in South Cambridgeshire.

The role involves working with children, young people, and families to provide a positive and timely service. Our Assessment Teams are dynamic and fast-paced, offering opportunities for multi-agency collaboration and the chance to see positive outcomes quickly.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work creatively with care planning and contribute to team discussions. You will be supported by Children's Information and Advice Officers (CIAOs) and a permanent Team Manager, who will provide guidance and leadership.

The hybrid working model allows for part-home and part-office work, with the office based in Trumpington, Cambridge. The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
