Advanced Social Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Social Care Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for complex case arrangements, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users and others.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify needs and strengths, and develop effective solutions and interventions.
- Complete support planning to meet outcomes within budgetary constraints, promoting independence and empowerment for service users.
Requirements
- A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of relevant legislation, including adult safeguarding.
- Registration with Social Work England.
