Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Social Work Professional to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner - Children and Families. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex case arrangements for assessment and support planning involving risk, complexity, and safety of children, young people, and families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead complex case assessments and support planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • To chair and attend childcare meetings to ensure outcomes are met.
  • To manage workload for direct reports and develop partnership working with colleagues and agencies.
Requirements:
  • Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of UK legislation relevant to children and families.
  • Experience working with children, young people, and their families.
Estimated Salary:

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
