About the Role

This role involves providing professional leadership in complex situations involving risk, safety, and support planning for service users. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing concise and informative reports based on analysis of evidence.

  1. To provide high-quality written and verbal reports that meet court and legal requirements.
  2. To manage complex cases and undertake assessments, taking proportionate risks as necessary.
  3. To maintain knowledge of social policy and practice, staying informed about organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Social Work qualification or equivalent.
