Mental Health Clinician

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced mental health clinician to join our dynamic community team working with young people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant mental health/social welfare profession and demonstrable practice over a minimum of three years.
Main Responsibilities
- To deliver highly specialist systemic family therapy services to clients across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Community within their homes.
- To offer advice and consultation on clients' care to all colleagues and to other non-professional carers, working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- To interpret broad occupational policies, including commitment to a family approach to treatment, involving service users and carers at all levels of treatment and service development.
Key Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in relevant mental health/social welfare profession and demonstrable practice over a minimum of three years.
- Masters/Diploma level qualification (or its equivalent) in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, accredited with the UKCP.
- Maintenance of UKCP Registration by attendance on short or long training courses to meet AFT CPD requirements.
Estimated Salary: £52,500 per annum
