Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced mental health clinician to join our dynamic community team working with young people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant mental health/social welfare profession and demonstrable practice over a minimum of three years.

Main Responsibilities

  • To deliver highly specialist systemic family therapy services to clients across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Community within their homes.
  • To offer advice and consultation on clients' care to all colleagues and to other non-professional carers, working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
  • To interpret broad occupational policies, including commitment to a family approach to treatment, involving service users and carers at all levels of treatment and service development.

Key Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in relevant mental health/social welfare profession and demonstrable practice over a minimum of three years.
  • Masters/Diploma level qualification (or its equivalent) in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, accredited with the UKCP.
  • Maintenance of UKCP Registration by attendance on short or long training courses to meet AFT CPD requirements.

Estimated Salary: £52,500 per annum
