Job Description
  • Coordinate and manage mental health services, ensuring seamless delivery of care to patients and families.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing service quality.
  • Support staff in their professional development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, focusing on improving patient outcomes, service efficiency, and staff engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse Mental Health (RNMH) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in coordination roles, with a track record of success in improving service delivery and staff engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
