Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic and registered mental health professionals to join our award-winning Primary Care Mental Health Service. Based in GP practices and Neighbourhood teams, we provide mental health assessment and support to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Mental Health Liaison Practitioners to facilitate mental health assessment and support GPs with joint decision-making.
- Provide education and problem-solving approaches for adults of working age with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Support GPs in managing plans for individuals with mental health needs in primary care.
