Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to take on a new locum opportunity in Cambridge. The successful candidate will work within the Adolescent Hope Unit, providing leadership and support to junior staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Team Leader, including performance reviews and care coordination for clients.
  • Ensure full assessment of individual care needs, planning, implementation, and regular review of care.
  • Adhere to the CPA and Mental Health Act, working within Trust policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Valid NMC Registration.
