Job Title: Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity in Cambridge, within the Adolescent Hope Unit.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RMN to provide leadership and support to our team, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients. As a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for deputizing for the Team Leader, taking on the role of care coordinator, and providing leadership to support others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deputize for the Team Leader and take on the role of care coordinator for clients
  • Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring the highest standard of care
  • Ensure full assessment of individual care needs are undertaken, and care is planned, implemented, and reviewed regularly
  • Work within the boundaries set out by the Trust's Policies and Procedures
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Valid NMC Registration
