Job Opportunity: Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to fill a locum opportunity in Cambridge. The position is based in the Adolescent Hope Unit, where the successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide high-quality care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Team Leader, taking on management responsibilities and leading the team in providing care to clients.
  • Act as a care coordinator, assessing individual care needs and developing care plans that meet the client's requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and the Mental Health Act, working within the boundaries set by the Trust's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Valid NMC Registration.

Working Conditions:

  • Contract Type: Locum, ongoing block booking.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • Pay Rate: £26 - £31 per hour (assignment rate), with higher rates for nights, Saturdays, and Sundays.
