Job Title: Senior Band 6 Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Band 6 Nurse to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families in our Tier 4 services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent clinical care and leadership.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans to meet the needs of service users.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior staff to ensure a skilled and confident workforce.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse Mental Health (RNMH) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in child and adolescent mental health services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
