Job Overview

We are the South Cambridge Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT), providing dynamic solution focussed care for service users experiencing an acute mental health crisis, to support them to stay in their own home rather than being admitted to hospital.

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to co-develop plans to support service users and their families.

Main Duties

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be visiting service users in their own home to complete assessments, working with the MDT to plan and deliver interventions, and managing the inpatient beds on a rota basis.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clinicians, developing your skills and understanding of mental illness, and contributing to the provision of dynamic solution focussed care.
