Job Summary">

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have experience working in a community setting, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to contribute to service development and manage change.


About the Role">

This role involves providing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions for patients experiencing acute mental health crises. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care, promote recovery models, and empower patients and carers.


Responsibilities">
  • Provide holistic assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective care delivery
  • Promote patient-centered care, empowering patients and carers through education and support
  • Liaise effectively with referrers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders

Requirements">
  • Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with current registration
  • Experience working in a community setting, with leadership roles and staff management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to contribute to service development, manage change, and work under pressure
  • Able to cover shifts over a 24-hour period, 7 days a week

Estimated Salary">

£52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
