We are seeking a Mental Health and Learning Disability Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist advice and guidance to colleagues on best practice in assessment and support planning for adults with learning disabilities.

You will have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities and their carers and a proven track record of working with complex cases.

The team promotes the health, independence and well-being of adults with learning disabilities and their carers through an integrated approach to assessment and support, working in close partnership with professionals from other disciplines.
