Job Description:
This role requires a qualified social worker with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar setting. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and their families, developing care plans, and engaging with children, young people, and their families. A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for all involved. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on factors such as location and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive free parking, good transport links, and shower facilities for staff who cycle to work.
