Role Overview

This Academic and Welfare Officer role is a key position within our school community. You will provide individualised support to students, develop and implement welfare programs, and collaborate with the administration support team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Act as primary support person for senior school students.
  • Develop and implement structured welfare programs to enhance student wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the administration support team to ensure enrolment and withdrawal processes comply with relevant regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate experience and passion for providing individual support and working with young people.
  • Possess skills and experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
  • Hold a minimum qualification in Community Services, Counselling, Youth Work, Social Science, Social Work, or related field.
  • Meet Working with Children's Check and Annual National Police Checks requirements.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
