Case Manager for Young People

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Case Manager for Young People. Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
