Children's Services Manager
We are seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to lead our team in supporting children and young people in Kingston and Richmond.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the identification of needs, developing pathways, and providing direct support to young individuals to help them achieve their goals.
Main Accountabilities:- Ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of children's welfare, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Leading the identification of needs and developing pathways to ensure the best possible outcomes for young individuals.
- Providing direct support to children and young people to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
