We are currently recruiting for a Social Housing Scheduler to join our team at a housing association in Kingston. As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for managing and organizing operatives' schedules, planning and coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Manage and organize operatives' schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Repair Planning: Plan and coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, assigning them to the appropriate operatives based on their skill sets and locations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with operatives, tenants, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in planning and scheduling within social housing contracts, either with a main contractor or Registered Social Landlord (RSL).
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with repairs and maintenance software.
  • Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £42,000-£47,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.
