We are a leading organization in the Social Care industry, seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team.

As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with children and families, providing support and guidance to ensure their well-being. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have post-qualifying experience of working as a Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry, with a strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures.

This is a challenging but rewarding role, offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with children and families to provide support and guidance.
  • Conducting assessments and reports to identify the needs of children and families.
  • Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare workers, to provide comprehensive support to children and families.

Requirements:

  1. Post-qualifying experience of working as a Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry.
  2. Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance.
  3. Eligibility to work in the UK.
