We are seeking a Family Wellbeing Advocate to join our Adult Social Care team in Kingston. As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable children and families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and investigations to identify areas of concern and develop targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to create and implement effective care plans
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Participate in performance reviews and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £39,951 - £40,614 per annum, rising to £46,041 - £49,083 for Senior Social Workers
  • A generous welcome bonus of £3,000 and an additional market supplement of £3,000
