About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join our team at Outcomes First Group.

As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education services to students in accordance with Company policies and practices.

Your duties will include planning, delivering, and teaching individual students or small groups, monitoring, recording, and reporting on student progress, contributing to and helping implement developments related to the School Development Plan, and promoting the physical, educational, and moral development of students.

You will also coordinate the teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects and areas of learning, devise, implement, and review individual education plans, organise the classroom and its resources to provide a stimulating learning situation, ensure the safety of students while both on and off site, and work with and manage challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will possess QTS qualifications and have experience working with students with special needs.
