Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Primary School SEN Support Worker to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a Classroom Learning Partner, you will work closely with teachers to support the educational development of students with special educational needs (SEN). This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about education and wish to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN in 1:1 or small group settings
- Working alongside teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements
- Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm and patient in stressful situations
- Flexible and open to change when working with different activities
- Able to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
Estimated Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
