Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Primary School SEN Support Worker to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a Classroom Learning Partner, you will work closely with teachers to support the educational development of students with special educational needs (SEN). Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in 1:1 or small group settings
  • Working alongside teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements
  • Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to remain calm and patient in stressful situations
  • Flexible and open to change when working with different activities
  • Able to create a supportive and engaging learning environment

Estimated Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
