Primary School Assistant (Early Years)
We are excited to collaborate with a mainstream primary school in Kingston, supported by Long Term Futures Ltd, to find a highly motivated Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Assistant to start in September 2024.

This role presents a unique opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education to work with young students, develop their skills, and contribute to delivering high-quality education and care. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification, prior experience working with young children, and the ability to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support students with their learning development.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to deliver effective lessons.
  • Create engaging and stimulating environments.
  • Support students with SEN on a one-to-one basis and facilitate small group interventions.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with young children.
  • A Level 3 Early Years, Childcare or relevant qualification.
  • Experience supporting children with SEN.
  • An up-to-date enhanced DBS.
  • A bubbly, passionate personality and genuine interest in student support.

Salary: £95-£105 per annum, dependent on experience.
Location: Kingston, KT10.
