School Support Assistant

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of School Support Assistant at our SEN school in Kingston. Estimated salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
This full-time position involves providing support to students with moderate to severe Special Educational Needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing personal care tasks when necessary, such as feeding, washing, dressing, and medicating.
The successful candidate will have either lived in Kingston or within a commutable distance, with an enhanced child & adult DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one. Experience as a School Care Assistant is preferred but not essential.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEN, has a positive attitude, and is able to work effectively in small groups and classes of up to 10 students.
