Primary Teacher for Special Educational Needs Students

We are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to provide education services for students with SEN at Barton School, located in Barton-upon-Humber. As part of our close-knit team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of an environment and programme of learning for individual students.
In this role, you will:
- Devise, implement, and review individual education plans, individual behaviour plans, and other relevant individual plans in conjunction with other staff.
- Adequately plan to ensure the safety of students, in line with risk assessments, while both on and off site.
- Work with and manage challenging behaviour, enabling students to develop from needing external control to developing self-control.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a full part in ensuring effective working relationships with colleagues.
