Clinical Service Coordinator
Job Summary:Kingston Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical services, ensuring the smooth operation of patient pathways, and providing expertise in proactive management of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to clinical services, including patient intake, scheduling, and data entry.
- Manage patient pathways, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication between departments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files, medical records, and administrative documents.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care.
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grades A-C.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
