Aesthetic Search is seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to provide top-notch client services and contribute to the success of our thriving clinic.

Salary: £28,000 + Bonus

Job Overview:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
  • You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they enter the clinic.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to manage reception duties, handle client inquiries, and maintain a professional front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care & Reception
  • Welcome and check in clients, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel comfortable and well-informed.
  • Manage appointment bookings and schedules, both in person and over the phone, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding skincare and body treatments, providing knowledgeable answers and guiding them through treatment options.
  • Maintain an organized and professional front desk area, ensuring all necessary documents and information are readily available.
Product Knowledge & Recommendations
  • Provide clients with information about premium skincare brands, including SkinCeuticals, and other high-end lines.
  • Assist clients in choosing appropriate skincare products and treatments based on their needs, offering expert advice and guidance.
  • Stay updated on new treatments, products, and skincare trends to provide the latest information to clients.
Clinic Operations Support
  • Assist practitioners in preparing treatment rooms and ensure the clinic maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Process payments, manage client records, and assist with follow-up appointments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure seamless daily operations and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty, aesthetics, or luxury service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, with experience or knowledge of brands such as SkinCeuticals, and others.
  • Knowledge of body treatments and aesthetic procedures is a plus, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of a leading aesthetic clinic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using appointment booking software and Microsoft Office, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and systems.
